Very warm welcome, comfortable room and bed, delicious breakfast and very good mulled wine offered at reception.

We received excellent service, very friendly, and they helped us with everything we needed. However, I must say that given the cold weather in the area, the electric radiator in the room wasn't sufficient. We were traveling with a baby, and it was a bit chilly in the room; it was difficult to get out of the shower without feeling cold.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center. We couldn't buy public transport tickets because the machines ran out of paper tickets. So we had to walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel room was very small but clean. The toilet and bathroom were separate. It was very small. There was a very sweet woman at the reception. There was tea and coffee in our room. Christmas chocolates and surprise chocolates were left on our bed. The eco-friendly shower head was very good. And they had the best anti-snoring pillows. They offered free mulled wine. A hospitable hotel.

It's a family-run hotel with an excellent location, just 10 minutes from the old town. The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive. For a two-star hotel, the rooms are perfectly adequate. Highly recommended!
