Great hotel - excellent value for money - the team is really at the top from morning until evening - a smile and professionalism at the top!!
What poor service from management!
Unfortunately, we did not see the Booking app that had January instead of December set as the booking month.
Upon arrival, 15 minutes after booking, we discovered our mistake. However, the hotel was full so rebooking was not possible.
Requested a refund of the 2 nights booked, possibly with a deduction of booking costs. But a booked is booked and you can spend your money, no discussion possible! Very annoying...😡
